01 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between ja77 and its users. ja77 is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and responsible online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, each user enters into a binding agreement with these terms.

ja77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication. Users are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply within the legal framework of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative document.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the ja77 platform and participate in any game or betting service, the user must be at least 21 years of age. For Ages 21+ Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts — using the same name, address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

At the time of registration, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If false or misleading information is provided, ja77 reserves the right to cancel the account. Additional documents may be requested for identity verification if necessary.

03 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. The user will be held personally responsible for all activities carried out from their account.

If you suspect that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, immediately change your password from the ja77 Login page and notify the support team directly. Transferring or selling account credentials to a third party is prohibited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ja77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. No transactions below this amount will be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may increase if identity verification or additional security checks are required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• The wagering requirements of the relevant bonus must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• ja77 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000. Or a ৳6,000 deposit earns a ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be obtained or transferred through fraudulent means.
• Members of the same household or multiple people using the same device cannot claim the same bonus offer.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ja77 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus offers may not be combined with each other unless explicitly stated.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on ja77 — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and card games — are governed by specific rules. The rules for each game are displayed in the game lobby.

If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault or server issue, ja77 guarantees a full refund of the bet for that round. If a user has a dispute regarding a game result, they must contact the support team within 72 hours.

• The maximum bet limit for any wager within a game will be clearly shown in the game interface.
• In the sports betting section, the outcome of bets will be determined based on official results.
• Running the same game session from multiple devices or browsers is prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ja77 platform, and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to bet or play games
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources on the platform
• Attempting to access another user's account or hacking
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other users
• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party from your own account

08 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by ja77

ja77 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Registration using false or incorrect information
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months)

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily request to close their account by contacting the support team. In this case, any remaining valid balance will be returned via the registered payment method.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

• Any loss arising from the user's violation of these terms

12 Changes to Terms

ja77 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users by email or through the platform. However, it is the user's own responsibility to review this page regularly.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the new terms. If a user does not agree to any change, they may request to close their account.
